If your looking for something to do during the cold winter months, I would highly recommend checking out Google Earth a free program that allows you to view satellite images of the earth in great detail.
Below is a screenshot of the TWSC Lake taken from Google Earth
The detail is so good you can read the writing on the ski jump and see the orange boat cover in the water.
To spead things up I have attached a file that you can open in Google Earth and it will take you straight to the lake.
